To support our growth path, we are looking for a
Office Manager
to support us in maintaining and improving a wide range of growth-enabling activities. We expect you to be driven, reliable, and have a "let’s do it attitude".
Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Running daily office operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace
- Managing office supplies and inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing, and serving as the point of contact for office vendors and service providers
- Overseeing and maintaining office equipment for uninterrupted functioning
- Supervising office cleaning, maintenance, and repairs to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment
- Handling travel arrangements and accommodation for employees
- Overseeing the guest experience and ensuring a personal, friendly experience for anyone coming into the office, and maintaining complete accessibility in both availability and warmth of character
- Supporting HR functions such as onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and organizing company events
- Maintaining records of financial transactions, invoices, and receipts, and assisting in organizing office budgets, expenses, and financial records
- Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures
- Supporting the team in various projects and initiatives

- Relevant work experience in a high-paced environment
- Strong BSc/MSc University degree
- A structured, precise, and thorough approach to work
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft business package and tools like Slack, Trello, and Google Apps
- A positive spirit and the right dose of humor
- Written and spoken fluency in English, while German is considered a plus
