To support our growth path, we are looking for an

Account and Talent Manager

to join our core team.

You will play an important role in InterVenture`s scaling strategy being in a role of a delivery facilitator between our development teams and our partners.
You will act as a trusted advisor to both sides - a dedicated people manager towards our development teams and a business associate towards our partners. You will also work closely with our talent acquisition team on setting up new software development teams and expanding existing ones

What makes you a great fit for this role:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience while being at least 2 years in a delivery-, project management-, consultancy- or account management role
• Advanced organizational skills and a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
• Team player, thriving in a fast-paced business environment
• University degree
• Strong affinity for logical, numerical, and data-driven approaches - preference for tackling challenges through structured thinking and factual analysis, making decisions based on data and objective insights.
• Fluency in English, while German is considered a significant plus
