Finance Generalist

Your Role:
As a Finance Generalist, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our finance department. If you’re a hands-on professional with 1–2 years of experience in accounting or payroll and a passion for accuracy and improvement – we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure accurate financial records
- Bank account administration: monitoring balances, preparing and executing payments
- Managing overdue receivables and coordinating reminders
- Preparing semi-automated invoices and monitoring client payment terms
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements in line with legal and internal standards
- Reviewing expense reports, payroll data, and other financial documents
- Updating financial databases with accuracy and timeliness
- Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly internal financial reports
- Assisting in payroll preparation and updating employee-related financial data
- Managing employment documentation and ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Participating in accounting and payroll-related projects and process improvements
Your Profile:
- A proactive, results-driven team player with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or payroll
- Well-versed in accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel in particular); knowledge of Pantheon is a plus
- Strong written and verbal English skills
