UAT Tester - Opari Team
Our partner Opari is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce groups in Switzerland.
Opari is a Swiss e-commerce company based in Zurich that operates multiple online stores and platforms selling gift, lifestyle, and kitchen products, combining a carefully selected product range, inspirational content, marketing, and in-house logistics to deliver a high-quality shopping experience.
Together with our partner, we are looking to strengthen and expand Opari's Belgrade team with a
UAT Tester
to join the team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and seamless operation of Opari's e-commerce platforms and business systems.
Your responsibilities:
You will be working in a SCRUMBAN team of 6 developers.
You will be responsible for user acceptance and functional testing across our e-commerce enterprise architecture (logistics, ERP, e-commerce, CRM, etc.).
You will plan and execute testing activities related to new projects and features in close coordination with the Product Owner and developers.
You will be responsible for end-to-end bug management in coordination with business stakeholders, the Product Owner, and developers.
You will support the Product Owner by providing testing insights and data to help prioritize development tasks and improve product quality.
Your profile:
Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), software testing, or quality assurance.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and testing methodologies.
Experience writing, executing, and documenting test cases and test scenarios.
Ability to identify, document, and track bugs effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban).
Experience with e-commerce platforms, ERP, CRM, or logistics systems is considered a strong advantage.
Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of testing activities.
Fluent English and strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
